The wines capture the true essence and character of Gervasi Vineyard. Details of the tours include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-26\">The tours are scheduled in the afternoons on Tuesday-Sunday.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-27\">They are guided wine-tasting tours led by a GV Wine Ambassador.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-28\">Each guest receives four wine tastes with a light antipasti cup.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-29\">There is a tour of the underground Wine Barrel Cave \u2013 might want to bring a sweater for this because the Barrel Cave can be chilly.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-30\">And, tickets must be purchased in advance for the tours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-31\">One of the ultimate wine-tasting experiences at The Cave is conducted by a Wine Ambassador at a table in the barrel room sitting amongst working barrels. The tasting selection is the same for all guests and includes four 1.5 ounces of wine for tastings and an antipasti board.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-32\">The wine tasting experience typically lasts 45 minutes and is capped at one hour.
