\n- White wines need to be around 50 degrees. Keep it in the refrigerator and pull it out 20 minutes before serving to warm it up slightly. If serving wine in the kitchen, remove it from the refrigerator at least 10 minutes before. All the cooking heats up the room much warmer than normal temperature.<\/li>\n
- Put the red in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes before serving. This will bring the temperature down a couple of degrees to serve at the optimal temperature.<\/li>\n
- Reds should be room temperature, but room temperature should be around 60 degrees when referring to wine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
